Having worked as a Design Engineer, Training Manager, National Evaluation Manager, Academic Director, Regional Manager, as well as provided expert Educational Services as a consultant, Vijen has built trusted relationships with key stakeholders utilizing his strengths, skills, and experience in operational and strategic management, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, compliance management, and project management.

Vijen is a registered Electrician, an Agile Certified Professional and a certified Project Management Professional. He holds diplomas in Electrical Engineering, Adult Education and Project Management.
