Yan Liang

Chemical Engineer

Yan is in our Technical Design team and is responsible for the development of technical documents, training courseware in accordance to Nationally Accredited Units of Competency and assists our Subject Matter Experts in consulting assignments across the Power and Infrastructure sectors.

Yan completed her PhD at Monash University in the department of Chemical Engineering. Her thesis focused on rationally design functional materials for energy storage devices. Following her PhD, Yan worked as a research fellow at both Monash University and Institute for Frontier Materials (Deakin University), where she completed post-doctoral projects relating to the design and fabrication of advanced electrode materials for Li/Na solid state batteries and studying the reaction mechanism of materials in the battery systems.
